1. Scope of Application and Responsibility

Proacqua Water Technology, with NIPC PT 514189770, hereinafter referred to as Proacqua, provides swimming pool construction and maintenance services and has as one of its commitments, the protection of the privacy of the personal data it collects, in the various areas of its activity.

Proacqua is not responsible and does not provide guarantees in relation to other websites that can be accessed through a link on the Proacqua website. In addition, it is up to the user to take precautions and ensure that the information he or she retrieves does not contain characteristics of a harmful nature.

The use of the website as well as any interaction, commercial or otherwise, with Proacqua, as well as the treatment of personal data provided by its owner, is subject to the following conditions set out in the following points.

The data subject is entitled, at any time, under the terms and for the purposes of requesting Proacqua:
