Proacqua Water Technology, with NIPC PT 514189770, hereinafter referred to as Proacqua, provides swimming pool construction and maintenance services and has as one of its commitments, the protection of the privacy of the personal data it collects, in the various areas of its activity.

Proacqua is not responsible and does not provide guarantees in relation to other websites that can be accessed through a link on the Proacqua website. In addition, it is up to the user to take precautions and ensure that the information he or she retrieves does not contain characteristics of a harmful nature.

The use of the website www.proacqua.co.ao as well as any interaction, commercial or otherwise, with Proacqua, as well as the treatment of personal data provided by its owner, is subject to the following conditions set out in the following points.

The Proacqua website must be used exclusively for personal use. • Comply with requirements of the accrediting entities, on which the validity of the certificates of some of the services provided depends, namely, training actions;

Personal data will be kept by Proacqua for the time necessary for the proper execution of the purpose for which they were collected and other legal requirements, which may be kept until the expiry of the period of prescription of any legal actions or procedures arising from the conclusion of the contract or which it are connected.

Proacqua may use subcontractors, namely for the purposes of accounting, consulting and IT assistance and litigation management, these entities being obliged to develop the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data of the holder and with a view to the exclusive fulfillment of the indicated purposes.

Proacqua reserves the right to change or use other subcontractors, without changing the basis or purpose of the data processing.

 

6. Data subjects' rights

The data subject is entitled, at any time, under the terms and for the purposes of requesting Proacqua:

• Access to personal data concerning you and the information provided for in the GDPR.
• The rectification or erasure, without justified delay, including the exercise of the right of limitation and to “be forgotten”, when, when there is no other legal basis for said treatment:
  • Personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose that motivated their collection;
  • The holder withdraws consent, only applicable to cases in which this is the basis for the collection and processing of data;
  • The holder opposes its treatment, beyond the maximum conservation period;
